Join us for an advanced online session with Floor Vullings; creator of The Scale of Cooperation, international trainer, and expert in cooperation and communication.
During this interactive session, Floor will discuss with us how to apply the principles of The Scale of Cooperation to everyday feedback conversations. This won’t be a theoretical lecture. Instead, we’ll focus on real-life examples, and conversation strategies that help people grow rather than become defensive.
Together, we’ll work through real cases and feedback situations submitted by the participants, exploring how the principles of The Scale of Cooperation can be applied in practice – even in challenging conversations.
Floor Vullings works as a trainer, consultant, and coach in various sectors related to business, public administration, and non-governmental organizations. He is also an entrepreneur, successfully developing commercial projects.
He is one of the co-founders of the Cooperation Scale, responsible for its international development.
Who can participate?
This meeting is for those who have completed The Scale of Cooperation accreditation training – advanced knowledge of the feedback concept within the Scale is required.
Active (paid) members participate free of charge. There is a 10 euro fee for all other members.
The meeting will be conducted in English. We do not plan to record it.
We invite trainers, educators, leaders, managers, and anyone who wants to have more informed and effective conversations about collaboration.
